The Rolex market is rising from the depths!

The market for collectible watches is picking up speed again, and with it, the prices of Rolex watches are heading in the right direction!

After a marked slowdown, the February 23, 2025 auction in Fontainebleau set the tone for a well-regulated recovery.

With an exceptional sales rate of 90% — 200 watches sold out of 225 — the enthusiasm of collectors and investors is undeniable.
Some pieces even doubled in value in just two months, proving the market is regaining its precision.

A rapid rebound:
A watch estimated at 2,500 euros in December 2024 was finally sold for 5,300 euros in February 2025, marking a stunning acceleration.
The legendary ROLEX Sea-Dweller Ref. 1665 (1981) was sold for 24,000 euros.
The iconic ROLEX GMT "Pepsi" Long E Ref. 1675 (1968) reached 10,000 euros.
The highly sought-after ROLEX Daytona Ref. 116503 (2015) was sold for 18,000 euros.

Like a diving watch resurfacing after a long immersion, Rolex watches are making their ascent and setting the rhythm of a dynamic market once again.
The hands are now turning in the right direction for collectors and investors! A trend to keep a close eye on… and on time, during the next auctions!

Upcoming auctions:
Collectible Watches on Sunday, April 27th in Versailles and Sunday, June 29th in Fontainebleau
