Slightly curved, in veneered wood, richly decorated with flower marquetry, it opens with a side drawer revealing spaces for writing instruments and a leather-upholstered pull-out decorated with foliate scrolls. On cambered legs ending in ormolu foliate ornamentation. The top is encircled by an ingot mould.
