French registration
Chassis: SALHF1348SA650299
- 77,000 miles / 124,000 km
- California origin - County LWB (Soft Dash) version
The County LWB is the North American version of the Range Rover LSE, produced in the final years of the Range Rover Classic line. This model belongs to the so-called Soft Dash generation, which appeared in 1994, marked by a modernized dashboard, a more meticulous finish and an assertive move upmarket. At the time of its launch, the LSE LWB offered a novel positioning: it could stand alongside the most prestigious European sedans - such as the Jaguar XJ - thanks to its comfort, interior refinement and particularly generous rear space. But at the same time, it retained the off-road capabilities for which Range Rover is renowned: capable of traversing a forest road or a track in complete serenity, it combined elegance and versatility.
This model is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 combined with an automatic gearbox. Equipment includes electric front seats, four electric windows, electric mirrors and revised, functional air conditioning. The air suspension has benefited from the recent replacement of the four spheres, the tires are new and a general overhaul has been carried out.
Specific to the American market, it features chrome bumpers and a removable bull bar (with covers available). The original radio remains in the trunk (code not available).
The ultimate evolution of the Range Rover Classic, this County LWB Soft Dash embodies the rare marriage of grand touring and off-road capability, in keeping with the philosophy of a model that appealed to luxury enthusiasts and nature and adventure lovers alike.

The County LWB is the North American counterpart of the Range Rover LSE, produced during the final years of the Range Rover Classic. This example belongs to the sought-after Soft Dash series introduced in 1994, featuring a modernised dashboard, improved finish and an overall more luxurious specification. When launched, the LSE LWB offered a unique proposition: it could stand alongside the most prestigious European saloons - such as the Jaguar XJ - with its comfort, refinement and remarkable rear legroom, while remaining perfectly capable of tackling forest tracks or rugged trails on the way to a hunting party or a remote holiday destination. This dual nature made it one of the most versatile high-end vehicles of its era.
Powered by the 4.2-litre V8 mated to an automatic transmission. It is equipped with electric front seats, four electric windows, electric mirrors and a recently serviced, fully functional air conditioning system. The air suspension features four recently replaced spheres, the tyres are new, and a full service has been carried out.
Typical of U.S. versions, this County LWB is fitted with chrome bumpers and a removable bull bar (with covers included). The original radio unit is still present in the boot (code unavailable).
As the final evolution of the Range Rover Classic, the Soft Dash County LWB represents a rare blend of grand touring comfort and authentic off-road ability - a vehicle equally at ease outside an opera house or deep in the countryside.
