NECKLACE
adorned with a Chinese pendant probably from the 19th century. It depicts a ram sitting on stylized clouds in the shape of a linghzi, holding a lingzhi branch (longevity mushroom) in its mouth, surmounted by a taiji; it is made of nephrite jade (probably "sheep fat"). The pendant is held by a succession of beads (probably quartz). Mounted in 18K yellow gold (accident). French work.
Neck size: 68 cm.
Diameter of beads: approx. 9.3 mm.
Gross weight: 136 gr.
