Picnic trunk attributed to G. W. Scott Sons in London - circa 1920 Set for 6 people, contained in a black moleskin-covered trunk. Nickel-plated lock and latches, two copper side handles. Lid and front open onto a compartmentalized wicker interior. Complete with teapot/kettle with warmer and stand, 4 porcelain cups with 6 saucers. There are also 6 enamelled plates with rectangular gold fillets, a sandwich box, a bottle, two glass bottles, a butter pot, salt and pepper shakers, while the knives are signed Coracle and, like the forks and spoons, are held in place by leather straps. The perfect set for spring picnics with friends or family, so chic! Used condition. L.: 65cm; W.: 26cm; H.: 31cm
