Prussian cavalry saber model 1811. Handle covered with basane. Iron mounting. Guard with one branch called "à la blücher" and two half auricles with marking under the guard "19.3". Curved quillon curved towards the point. Large curved blade with flat back, counter edge and hollow sides. Guard stamped "156 T.P. 2. 159" and "449S1". Heavy two-bracelet scabbard, two iron rings and stinger, stamped "RT 19.3" as under the guard and a striped serial number (11L. H.R. 4. 45). B.E.
