Le millésime 1967 occupe une place particulière dans cette légende : c’est en effet la première année d’adoption du circuit hydraulique LHM vert, une avancée technique importante qui améliore fiabilité, endurance et facilité d’entretien. L’exemplaire présenté ici a été livré neuf le 24 octobre 1966, ce qui en fait l’un des tout premiers modèles du millésime 1967. Il s’agit d’une version Pallas, présentée dans sa teinte d’origine Gris Palladium, accompagnée d’une sellerie en cuir naturel et équipée de sa radio Continental Edison. La notice d’origine est toujours présente, annotée par le premier propriétaire, qui y consignait soigneusement les entretiens. Ainsi, nous savons que la voiture a parcouru 136 000 km depuis sa sortie d’usine, avant que son premier propriétaire ne s’en sépare au début des années 1980. Au début des années 2000, cet exemplaire intègre la collection d’un amateur passionné de la marque, où il restera jusqu’en 2021. Jamais restaurée mais repeinte à une époque, cette DS présente une patine cohérente avec son âge et son histoire. Une révision du circuit hydraulique sera à prévoir pour l’obtention d’un contrôle technique valide. Cette DS témoigne du soin qui lui a été apporté au fil des décennies. The 1967 model year occupies a special place in this legend: it was the first year of adoption of the green LHM hydraulic circuit, a major technical advance that improved reliability, endurance and ease of maintenance. The example presented here was delivered new on 24 October 1966, making it one of the very first models of the 1967 vintage. It is a Pallas version, presented in its original Palladium Grey colour, with natural leather upholstery and equipped with its Continental Edison radio. The original manual is still present, annotated by the first owner, who carefully recorded all maintenance work. We therefore know that the car covered 136,000 km from the factory before its first owner sold it in the early 1980s. In the early 2000s, this example joined the collection of a passionate enthusiast of the brand, where it remained until 2021. Never restored but repainted at one time, this DS has a patina consistent with its age and history. An overhaul of the hydraulic system will be necessary to obtain a valid MOT. This DS bears witness to the care that has been taken over the decades. Its rarity, historical status and elegance make it a particularly coveted model among discerning enthusiasts.
