MANUFACTURE DE TULA. Pair of rectangular steel and gilded steel COUTURE BOXES, resting on four ball feet, the removable lid with chased and inlaid decoration of foliage motifs in a frame imitating a gilded rope, the sides decorated with garlands of flowers and tassels in a frame imitating a rope. The interior is lined with burgundy velvet, with a hole under the base for a screw to secure the box to a table. Made by the Tula factory in the first half of the 19th century, one of the two boxes is signed Tula and Svechnikov. Minor accidents, one ball missing, the other later, but good condition. Dim. Пара КОРОБОК для ШИТЬЯ из стали и позолоченной стали прямоугольной формы, на четырех круглых ножках, крышка съемная с точеным декором и инкрустацией мотивами листвы в рамке, имитирующей золотую нить, боковые стороны украшены гирляндами цветов и кистями в рамке, имитирующей нить Внутренняя отделка бархатом бордового цвета, под основанием имеется отверстие для шурупа, позволяющего прикрепить коробку к столу Работа Тульской фабрики первой половины XIX века, подпись Тула и Свечников Небольшие утраты, отсутствует одна круглая ручка, вторая поздняя, но состояние хорошее 8.5 x 7 x 10 см.
