The original portrait of the King's painter, painted in 1750, was exhibited at the Salon of 1751 and is now kept at the Musée des Beaux-Arts Antoine Lécuyer in Saint-Quentin.
Oil on canvas in a gilded stucco and wood frame from the Empire period.
Late 19th-early 20th century.
55 x 46 cm.
Inscription in pencil on the stretcher.
