Set helmet and cuirass of officer of cuirassiers of Restoration period:
-Officer's helmet of cuirassier model 1825.
Silvered copper Minerva bomb (small restorations). Crest with gadroons, decorated on the front with a fleur de lys and a head of Medusa, marmoset decorated with water leaves, pomegranate headband, oak leaves and laurel, radiating bosses, chinstraps with rings in "8" guilloche, lined with leather and black velvet, gold plumet holder and rush. Brush and mane in black hair.

-Officer's breastplate model 1812 modified 1816.
In iron with brass rivets. Plastron in strong busk. Leather shoulder pads trimmed with scarlet cloth, bordered with silver braid. Shoulder straps and tie-rods decorated with lion's heads in stamped and gilded brass.
Tie-rods and belt in red Russian leather, embroidered with silver threads in the border (wear).
The breastplate and bib each have two hinged brass buckles on the bottom edge (one in the middle of the bib and one on the side of the breastplate) (probably to attach saber lines).
Presented on a bust with later officer's epaulets, gilt.
