Mr. B. Collection WITHOUT RESERVATION 1962 BUICK ELECTRA Serial number : 813024387 Uncommon model Same owner for 37 years ! Nice general condition French registration 12 000 / 18 000 Successor of the Super and Roadmaster models, the Electra is produced by Buick between 1959 and 1990. Produced as a sedan, coupe and convertible, it was the most luxurious car before the LeSabre and the Invicta. Production was limited to just under 9,000 units for the second generation, which was launched in 1961. If Cadillac was the brand of all superlatives, with appearances that could be seen from afar on Hollywood Boulevard, Buick cars were more discreet but nonetheless very desirable. It is the brand of people who have nothing to prove, and we often see this brand used by the Kennedy family. Powered by the 6.6L Wildcat V8, this car is as discreet as it is powerful. Its 325 horsepower and 600 newton/meters of torque do not struggle to move the Electra's two tons. All its equipment is electric. This car dates back to 1962 and was built as a coupe. It has been owned by our Buick enthusiast since 1986. It is in a very nice general condition. The mechanics are running normally (if you listen carefully). The blue paint goes with the name and matches very well with the blue interior. On its edges, note the presence of the inscription "225" recalling its size in inches. Symbol of the 50's and 60's, the Electra is an endearing car that is easy to drive both by its comfort and by the availability of its engine. At ease in curves and straights, alone or accompanied, it represents the practical and sporty car par excellence. Its versatility makes it the perfect car for an American enthusiast. 1962 BUICK ELECTRA Serial number: 813024387 Unusual model Same owner for 37 years!
