Original ruby field decorated with polychrome flowering palmettes surrounded by wreaths, foliage and fine twisted crenellated stems framing an original poly-lobed central medallion in the shape of a multicolored stylized diamond. Four spandrels decorated in the same way as the central medallion. Five borders, the main one midnight blue with interlacing bulbs and polychrome floral buds.
Wool velvet on cotton foundation.
