SET OF CUTLERY FROM THE DE COURTEVILLE D'HODICQ FAMILY INCLUDING : -Four silver spoons, threaded model. Height 20 and 22 cm. Engraved with the coat of arms "COURTEVILLE D'HODICQ et du CHAMBE d'ELBHECQ". Three numbered (140-141 and 46). One marked " G DU VALMET " and numbered " 94 ". Punches around 1780. Unit net weight : 65 g. approx. - Four silver forks, threaded model. Height 19 and 20 cm. Engraved with the arms of alliance " COURTEVILLE D'HODICQ et du CHAMBE d'ELBHECQ ". Three numbered (140-141 and 46). One marked " G DU VALMET " and numbered " 94 ". Punches around 1780. Unit net weight : 70 g. approx. -Six fruit knives with horn handles and vermeil blades. Goldsmith's mark "PF" on the blade. Net weight : 30 g. Late 19th century. - Three knives with horn handles and silver blades. Minerve 2 and illegible goldsmith's hallmarks on the blade. Net weight : 27 g. Late 19th century. A.B.E. -Two large silver spoons, model with nets. Unreadable hallmarks (elongated rooster, warrior's head). The coat of arms refers to the marriage in 1765 of Jacques Alexandre de COURTEVILLE d'HODICQ (born in 1726), marshal of the King's camps and Marie Charlotte du CHAMBE d'ELBHECQ. A part of this cutlery was used by their daughter Lucie Charlotte Regnarde de COURTEVILLE d'HODICQ (1805-1856) married to Ferdinand Jean Charles Alexandre GUÉROULT de VALMET (1802-1853)
