4 framed engravings, representing the surroundings of the house of the poet Horace, Balthasar Anton Dunker (1746-1807), after Jacob Philipp HACKERT (1737-1807), View of the situation of the house of Horace, the Campanile anc Mons Lucretilis, view of Cantalupo and Bardella, view of Fonte Bello. At the request of the Queen of Naples, who wanted to offer them to her cousin the Duchess Marie-Christine in Brussels, Hackert produced gouaches in 1780 depicting the surroundings of the house of Horace (65-8 BC) in the region of Tivoli. These were later engraved by his friend Dunker and published by Georg Abraham.
