Jaguar XK 3.8 engine Aluminium and fibreglass bodywork Ready to run Numerous period documents English Title Jaguar 240 If the history of motor sport is fascinating at all times, there is one that resonates in the hearts of motor sport enthusiasts: the 1950s. Supported by Esso and Ecurie Ecosse, the result is without appeal and, out of a total of 14 races, the Lister-Jaguar will take 11 wins, 2 second places and one retirement. The order book was overflowing for Lister, all the amateur drivers wanted to buy this mechanical marvel; for the 1958 season, Lister redesigned the bodywork which was either in aluminium or magnesium alloy. Many famous drivers competed at the wheel of the Lister-Jaguars, am
