Clock in gilt bronze and white marble representing a pagoda with under the canopy a patinated bronze sculpture (brought back) representing the god Mars. The uprights in column, in turquin marble, some of them decorated with trophies. The upper part presents an eagle with wings spread out on thunderbolts, pomegranates, and draperies held by fruits. The dial with Roman numerals signed BARANCOURT in Paris. It rests on a scalloped base and a turquin blue marble counter-base. Louis XVI period (small accident to the dial, small wears to the gilding). H : 51 - W : 24 cm
