GUERNESEY. - BONAMY (Helmet). Deed signed as delegated judge to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, countersigned by two jurors in the same court, Daniel de Beauvoir and Josué Le Marchant. Saint-Pierre-Port on the Island of Guernsey, May 29, 1726 [May 18, 1726, old style]. 1 p. large oblong folio on vellum, wax seal with the arms of Guernsey preserved with marginal lacks, framed under glass. He attests that the man named Hélier de Garis admitted before him, on March 5, 1726 [February 22, 1725, old style], to have leased to his son, also named Hélier, a house with land at the place called Saint-Jacques in the parish of Saint-Pierre-Port. With a very precise description of the property in question, and the names of the persons who were to receive annuities.
