(traces de pliage) L'ordre contient l'information sur le général Kretchetnikov (1729-1793) et l'information sur les mouvements de la politique actuelle. Karl Feodorovitch von Knorring (1746 - 1820) - baron, un politique russe. A partir du 2 mars 1799 il dirigeait le 10eme division de l'armée du Caucase, gouvernait la Georgie et une partie des territoires caucasiennes. Handwritten signature of G.A. Potemkin at the end of the text. Fold marks. The Order mentions the name of Lieutenant-General Mikhail Nikitich Krechetnikov (1729-1793). Karl Fyodorovich von Knorring (1746-1820), baron, Russian military and statesman, from March 2, 1799 commander of the 10th Caucasian Division (Inspectorate), ruled Georgia and the Astrakhan Province (which at that time included the territory of the future Caucasus Province) in fact until early 1803. Orders of Prince Potemkin represent a rich factual material relating not only to the history of Russia, but also directly to the personality of the outstanding military and statesman.
