Visa signed as general commanding the division (s.l., 1796) on a document signed by members of the Board of Directors of the 17th half-brigade of Light Infantry ("at the camp in front of Verona", 25 prairial year IV-13 June 1796, 1 p. in oblong folio, stamp inked of the regiment, slits at the folds), with another visa from the future Marshal Claude-Victor Perrin dit Victor as brigade general (s.l., 1796). Reform leave: "We... certify that we have given absolute leave to the citizen Nicolas Zinskgraff, Warrant Officer at the 32nd Bat[an]t-major... born in Hard in the Palatinate... taken prisoner of war by the Austrians in the Maubeuge blockade on 16 8bre 1793 where he received two injuries that render him unable to retain his service, has done the four campaigns since the Revolution in the Northern Army... Let us also certify that citizen Zinskgraff... has always served with zeal, honour and probity, has never ceased on all occasions to show his brothers in arms the bravery and firmness that characterizes the true Republican and the perfect honest man.
